Jubilant Organosys Ltd, an integrated pharmaceutical industry player and India's largest custom research and manufacturing company have recently entered into the North American radiopharmaceutical market by acquiring Canada based Draxis Speciality Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. Through this acquisition it wants to tap the lucrative radiopharmaceutical market in North America. This case throws light on the acquisition and its benefits by critically analysing it.
